I would like to give you some information and reassurance regarding your club.


We are very mindful of the impact on the children's mental health and the pressure and stresses that you as parents are also facing during this time.


I want you to know that you remain at the centre of our world and I want to offer the following reassurances regarding your child's class place at the club now that we are temporarily closed.


It is unfortunate that all clubs are now temporarily closed


We are a rock-solid and well-established gymnastics club of over 22 years. We are only where we are because of the immense support and encouragement that YOU and all of our families continue to give us. It is because of YOU that we exist. I want to say a BIG thank you for your continued support and trust in us as an organisation. 


As you know our coaches work extremely hard to help your children to become the very best possible versions of themselves so I also want to extend my thanks to our amazing coaches and the team behind the scenes in our offices particularly during this trying time.


WHAT WILL NOW HAPPEN

We know that this will be affecting everyone in many different ways and that there will be some families who are financially affected by this situation.


We want to support all of our families during this time so we have put together a package for you.


We will REDUCE all monthly fees by 50% as from 1st April.

We ask that you continue to pay at the reduced monthly rate.


This will guarantee your child’s class place when we return to normality AND you will receive all of the following:


1. MAKE-UP CLASSES | Double the amount of make-up classes when we return back to your club. We will be very liberal with make-up classes and your child will get to take double the amount of classes that they miss during any closed period.


2. CAMP | A FREE place on the summer holiday tumble camp.


3. ONLINE GYMNASTICS | Myself and the team are working to set up an ONLINE streaming service of live and recorded classes that your child and your family can take part in from home.


We have partnered with our sister company KIDz Impact and some other friends of mine who run gymnastics clubs so you will be getting a range of classes for all levels and abilities from strength and conditioning through to flexibility and handstand workshops.


We feel that this will help everyone with keeping active whilst the children's schools and clubs are closed and the children will get to see some familiar faces of the coaches which we feel will help support them with both their physical and mental health during this period. 


Full details will be going out SOON about this NEW service to you.


4. FACEBOOK GROUP | We are creating a private members Facebook group for everyone who is part of the new online gymnastics streaming. 


5. WALL OF GRATITUDE | You and your family's name and photo will go onto our NEW honorary member's page of gratitude on our website that will stay online forever, highlighting every family who supported the club during this tough time in history. We want to recognise YOU for being there for US and we promise to continue to be there for YOU and your family.


By keeping your monthly payment going at the reduced rate, you will allow the club to come out of the other side of this, helping us ALL to get back to normality as quickly as possible.


I want to be very honest with you, that without your support we will not have a club for the children to come back to, so we truly do appreciate your support during this period.

We will reduce everyone's monthly payment by HALF (50%) from 1st April. You don't need to do anything, we will adjust your monthly payment for you.

Questions and Answers

My Membership and Payments


Q: What is the special member's package ?

A: For families who remain members whilst the club is temporarily closed we ask that you pay a reduced rate of 50% of your regular monthly fee.

We have created a special package for all who remain members, this is detailed above, but in summary includes: 

  1. Double Make-Up classes
  2. A free place on the next holiday camp
  3. Access to the brand NEW online E-Gym-Classroom of live and recorded content
  4. Access to the E-Gym-Classroom Facebook group
  5. Monthly tumble times magazine
  6. Your family's name and photo on our honorary website wall of gratitude


Q: What does OPT-OUT mean?

A: Opt-Out means choosing to leave the club.

We completely understand and support those families who cannot continue to pay at the reduced rate, due to job loss etc. We are still here for you as a club and we will put you at the TOP of the list as a priority to rejoin the club when you are back in the financial position to join us again.

Q: Can I freeze my account/membership/classes?

A: There are 2 options. You can either choose to support the club by paying 50% of your monthly fees and receiving the special package including online classes, or you can choose to opt-out and leave the club.

Q: I have paid for March and we are not now getting any classes in March, can I have a refund?

A: We are unable to refund any fees retrospectively.


Q: What if my annual membership fee is due whilst my club is temporarily closed?

A: If you remain a member and do not opt-out, we will collect all annual membership fees on their due date as normal and at the regular (non-discounted) rate.

Missed Classes


Q: Will I get my missed classes back?

A: YES, for all classes that were canceled due to the coronavirus that forced the venue to be closed, we will be offering you DOUBLE the amount of ‘make-up’ classes when we resume back to normal operations. You will need to remain a member to be eligible


Q: What is a ‘Make-Up Class’?

A: A make-up class is something we have created to allow you to make-up for a missed class. We feel this is a great way to kick-start the children's classes when we all get back to normality, and our way of saying thank you for standing by us during this difficult period.  You will need to remain a member to be eligible


Q: How do I claim my Make-Up Classes?

A: Stand-by for more details on how to claim make-up classes. We are currently working out the best way to set them up in our system so that you can easily book online OR over the phone. You will need to remain a member to be eligible


Q: When can I claim my Make-Up Classes?

A: As soon as we have an indication of venues opening back up, we will send out full details on how to claim your make-up classes.

You will need to remain a member to be eligible


Q: What days, times or clubs can I attend my Make-Up classes?

A: We will be very liberal with our make-up classes and you will be able to choose your preferred days, times and clubs, so long as there is space available.

You will need to remain a member to be eligible


IMPORTANT NOTE: To claim your ‘DOUBLE’ make-up classes, you will need to remain a member during the temporary closure period by continuing to pay your reduced 50% fees. If you choose to OPT-OUT you will not be able to claim any make-up classes or access any of the special member's package.

Awards | Badges & Certificates


Q: We paid for my child’s badge and certificate to be presented at class, will you post this to us?

A: YES, we will post out your child’s award level badges and certificates and we are also organising an online video call for all members of all clubs to have their name read out during a VIRTUAL celebrations, award ceremony. We will send out further details about this soon.

If the postal service halts during this time, we will hold onto all award certificates and badges and present them when we return back to the clubs.

Camps


Q: Can I book a Tumble Camp or Trampolining Masterclass?

A: We are not taking any immediate bookings for camps or masterclasses until we have a re-open date.


Q: I have already booked my child’s place at Easter Tumble Camp. Can I have a refund?

A: We will hold a credit on file for your child's place and offer you a priority choice of day/s for the very next available camp as soon as we have dates. We are unable to offer refunds.


Q: What if there is no Summer Tumble Camp because the club is still temporarily closed, how will I then claim my FREE place?

A: We hope that this doesn’t happen, but if it does your child will get a free place at the next available camp. You will need to remain a member to be eligible


Q: When and how do I book my FREE place at Summer Tumble Camp?

A: Nearer the time we will send you full details on how to claim your FREE place.

E-Gym-Classroom


Q: When will I have access to the NEW E-Gym-Classroom? 

A: We are shooting for the 1st April launch. We have tested out the E-Gym-Classroom on and it went extremely well. We have some more testing to do before we roll the E-Gym-Classroom to everyone and we will keep you updated when we are ready to go. 

You will need to remain a member to be eligible


Q: What will the E-Gym-Classroom include?

A: Classes from Flair Gymnastics and from our sister company Kidz Impact, including amongst other topics, strength & conditioning, handstand workshops, splits, bridge and flexibility training, and much more.

Q: What is the new private Facebook group all about?

A: This is a community private group, where you will find out what classes are being streamed (both live and recorded) on the E-Gym-Classroom and you will be able to chat about classes with other mums and dads and ask questions and get insights and updates. You will need to remain a member to be eligible


Q: What is the honorary wall of gratitude?

A: We are creating a ‘wall of gratitude’ on our website honouring every Flair family who supported the club by continuing to pay 50% of their monthly fee during this unprecedented period. You and your family’s photo will go on this page and stay online forever (with your permission). We want to recognise YOU for being there for US and we promise to be there for YOU and your family. We are truly grateful and it’s our way of saying ‘thank you.’ You will need to remain a member to be eligible

Missed Competitions


Q: We have paid for an upcoming competition entry in April, will we get a refund?

A: Yes, we will process the refund back to the same card that you used to pay.

We will complete this refund by the 27th March and you should see this as credited funds back to your card by the 3rd April.
