SAFETY
Please do not attend classes if anyone in your household is self-isolating, or has displayed symptoms of COVID19 in the last 10 days.
CLEANING & SANITISATION
We are continuing to follow good hygiene practices.
Our gymnastics and trampolining apparatus are sanitised regularly by staff who have been trained in the correct covid-safe cleaning methods.
Staff and members must use the hand sanitiser when entering and reentering the sports hall.
Staff and members are encouraged to wash their hands regularly.
Q: Does my child need to wear a face covering?
A: No. Face coverings should NOT be worn at class as this will hinder communication and breathing efficacy. This is in line with advice from the UK government and the gymnastics national governing body.
Please avoid your child sharing water bottles or other refreshment containers.
Where possible, your child should bring their own drink, in a labelled or highly distinguishable container.
Please continue to use the DIFFERENT DOOR, at the TOP end of the hall as the PICK UP POINT for class at Club Spectrum.
We shall continue to follow any further Government guidelines or public health advice and amend our Safety Rules if needed.
GOOD NEWS
Your child's coach will now be able to resume manual support of your child meaning that your child will be able to learn more advanced skills and make more progress.
Social distancing rules have been lifted and are no longer a legal requirement. However, we shall be cautious and avoid crowding.
The viewing balcony at Guildford Spectrum has reopened and you can now view classes from here if you wish.
If your child is booked for a Trial Class you are welcome to come into the gym and watch for the first 10 minutes if you would like to.
